En Somalie, la guérilla contre les shebabs se poursuit. Il y a deux ans, l’Amisom, la force armée de l’Union africaine a pu repousser les rebelles islamistes hors de Mogadiscio, la capitale. Puis elle a récupéré le port de Kismayo, poumon économique du réseau shebab. Malgré cela, les rebelles continuent de faire des morts : attentats, embuscades, assassinats isolés.
