The U.S. State Department last week announced the inclusion of Boko Haram and its splinter group, Ansaru, in the list of groups designated as Foreign Terrorist Organisation (FTOs). He further castigated the political adviser to President Jonathan, saying: “Gulak is an enemy of the president.
