SRSG Nicholas Kay welcomed today the agreement signed in Addis Ababa by Minister of State Farah Sheikh Abdulkadir and Sheikh Ahmed Mohamed Islaan “Madobe” on behalf of the Federal Government of Somalia and the Interim Jubba Administration respectively.
