Most of you know that he was sworn in back in February of 2013 as the first Secretary of State in about a hundred years who had come from serving as the sitting head of the Foreign Relations Committee.

I had a series of very productive meetings this morning with my foreign minister counterparts and African Union counterparts, and also have just concluded a meeting with Prime Minister Hailemariam.
