Sunday marked the one-year anniversary of the grizzly murders of Ruben Espinosa, Nadia Vera, Yesenia Quiroz, Alejandra Navarrete, and Mile Virginia Martin in the Narvarte neighborhood in Mexico City. It has been 12 months of state-sanctioned impunity.
