There is “no evidence” of indiscriminate bombing or breaches of international humanitarian law by Saudi Arabia in the war in Yemen, the UK Government insisted yesterday. In its response to a report by a House of Commons committee on the crisis in Yemen, the Government defended its Gulf ally and key arms client, and said no action will be taken to halt weapons sales.
