The U.S. Air Force is turning obsolete F-16 Fighting Falcons into drones used for target practice, a longstanding tradition as older planes age out. The drones will also be sold abroad under the Foreign Military Sales program, the Pentagon's clearinghouse for sales to foreign countries.
