U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Qatari Foreign Minister Khalid bin Muhammad al-Atiyah give a joint press conference following a meeting of many Arab foreign ministry officials with respect to the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian negotiations. They discuss the impending international response to the situation in Syria as well as economic aid to the Palestinian people.
