Deputy Secretary of State William Burns made remarks congratulating Tunisia on its successful ratification of a new constitution and the continued progress in its democratic transition. Burns discussed ways the US can encourage more economic growth and a stable transition, including expanding trade opportunities and increasing security and other bilateral ties.
