U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Jeffrey Harbeson assumed the duties as Commander, Joint Task Force Guantanamo (JTF-GTMO) from U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Thomas Copeman III during a ceremony held today at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.
