USNORTHCOM: Partnership for 21st Century - U.S. Southwest Border Security

This report gives a brief overview of the Executive-Level Dialogue Event hosted by USNORTHCOM and DHS, which focused mainly on how to effectively counter threats posed by transnational criminal organizations. The objectives of USNORTHCOM are reported as well, including the creation of a 21st century border, the disruption of organized crime, and the sustainability of the rule of law-- all of which are in collaboration with the Mexican Military.
