'If Armenian soldier wants to return to Armenia, he will be sent back'

Sayilov mentioned that officials of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) would meet with the captive in the coming days: “Azerbaijani representation of the ICRC does not work due to Ramadan holiday. Therefore, they have not met with the captive yet. Probably, the issue of his return to Armenia will also be discussed. If he wants to return to Armenia, he will be sent back. Everything will depend on his desire. Committee officials take into account the desire of the captive”.
