Law enforcement in Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia and elsewhere in East Africa needs skills, experience, and enabling equipment to effectively investigate terrorism cases. Investigators in the region need international support as they seek to work more closely with prosecutors to build cases against terrorists and successfully bring them to trial.
