I'm aware that there was a Warden Message issued by, I believe, one of our consulates, and that talked about a specific threat to American citizens in the area. But I believe that that was not - that was deemed not credible and withdrawn from the website.

Assistant Secretary Valenzuela called in Ambassador Gallegos at 10:30 this morning and informed him of our decision to declare him persona non grata. I believe he's required to depart the United States as soon as possible.
