In light of the deteriorating security situation in Yemen, the United States government has decided to relocate all remaining personnel out of Yemen. President Hadi has been informed of the decision.

The United States’ position on Abkhazia and South Ossetia remains clear: these regions are integral parts of Georgia, and we continue to support Georgia’s independence, its sovereignty, and its territorial integrity. The United States will not recognize the legitimacy of any so-called “treaty” between Georgia’s Abkhazia region and the Russian Federation.

Can we stay with Blinken? Two more questions regarding his testimony from yesterday. First of all, he said that the U.S. should consider giving Ukraine lethal aid. Russia, the foreign ministry, has had reaction to that, saying it would be destabilizing. What is your reaction? And then also, is this a possible policy shift that is under consideration?
