As we have said many times, we believe in the independence and
sovereignty of Azerbaijan. We believe that
that independence and sovereignty is
strengthened by many factors including a strong economy, a good civil society, a
robust capability to defend itself, and also a system of government that is
becoming more democratic and more open and more transparent.
