U.S. Southern Command's Human Rights Office, Center for Human Rights Training, and the Security Cooperation Office-Haiti facilitated the 2015 Human Rights Initiative (HRI) Conference in Port-au-Prince, Haiti April 8-9, 2015. The conference included participation from several countries to include Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United States.
