Saudi Arabia said it is considering a five-day cease-fire in Yemen to allow for the delivery of humanitarian aid, contingent on Yemeni rebels’ acceptance of the deal. Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir, who was speaking at a news conference in Riyadh on Thursday with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, said the cease-fire would cover all of Yemen.
